Silence - Order - Light These were the goals for this this full refurbishment in the Sants District in Barcelona. This mid-century house with brick walls and a wooden and metal structure had to be fully renovated extracting layer over layer to restore natural materials at the same time lighten up the weight of three overlapping floors.
The house is a display of items that the client collects from traveling experiences. The two façades of the house made possible to organize the layout in a way that the room and the bathroom enjoy views to Montjuïc while the living room is open to the old town, introducing as much natural light as possible The position of the more private spaces and the doors movement make it possible to enjoy a big space despite the reduced size of this apartment.
