The suburban villa was recently renovated by our design and construction team to welcome its new owners; a young prominent couple and their children that trusted us for our exclusive design and trouble-free execution. A space perfectly matching their desires and fully covering their functional needs was designed and delivered in two months!
Stirixis Exclusive design team, based on the client’s profile, aimed at giving an elegant and contemporary twist to the house's previous classic and conservative style. The result is a classy and functional villa, a simple luxurious home! And of course, a happy family that moved in. All rooms are actually spread on one big level, with the living, dining and study areas being in the same bright room with huge widows and great view to the garden and the pool. For this room we chose bold colors, modern paintings, as well as contemporary light fixtures and other modern decorative elements to create a beautiful contrast with the house's natural material.
The couple's bedroom has its en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, all designed from scratch. We united two existing bathrooms in one with an impressive shower room, and made the closet bigger in size and better accessible from the master bedroom. Each of the kids has their own bedroom, decorated based on their personal preferences. Their bathroom was also renovated, placing two showers and two washbasins, to make it more functional.
