With having 3 sides adjoining massing, there is a challenge of having natural light and air flow in the entire house.
The aim to achieve these two main challenges with the appropriate use of spaces as required, the house stands unique with the feature of perforated screen in front of it.
The client needed a house which serves all the essential privacy factors with all the basic requirements. The foremost need for the house was privacy in the front side as the house is surrounded by other adjoining properties in linear form.
The only one side was the direct source for the natural light and air flow and yet it has to serve the best privacy factors.
WIth the very specific two sides, one should feel the space though it is a narrow and linear site.
The materials were used in such a specific way to look more connected and let you flow effortlessly in all of the spaces.
The beige colour floor served its best role to get through all the spaces by the visual sense and yet it bounds all the spaces together.
Teakwood was another material used to elaborate all the spaces with its unique textures and some solid colours to enhance the spaces.
