Designed in collaboration with lead architects UNStudio, this modern tower will house 231 SOHO apartments and luxurious penthouses that blend suburban neighborhood living with a city life experience.

Greenery abounds in this futuristic setting, with a sky terrace and four uniquely-designed garden zones interspersed between the 31 floors. A host of facilities, including a 50-metre lap pool, sunning deck and barbeque pavilions, provide residents with recreational spaces.

Scotts Tower is, in a sense, a vertical city which affords flexibilty for a variety of functions, according to individual needs. The elevated pockets of greenery is also a key design element, portraying a "neighbourhood-in-the-sky" concept that is interpreted on three levels: "city", "neighbourhood" and "home". This is a luxurious development that ensures that residents can live and play together as a community.
