The decision was taken to narrow and lengthen to the maximum the containing volume, in order to preserve the two enormous evergreen oaks on the plot of land, free the ground floor elevating the swimming pool and part of the garden to the level of the roof. In this way we achieve some privileged views from the top, as well as greater privacy of the swimming pool. The project grows in the form of a continuous ramp, lodging the programme below its angles; in such a way that one is able to walk around the exterior as far as the deck. The volume grows moving further away from the evergreen oaks, but being more sheltered by the filling between the first and second stretch, filling which is situated in the pit of the crown and serves at the same time as an exterior terrace
