Royal Arts Marlena Kwiatkowska for Symphar Office Warsaw Project in Hala Koszyki

Royal Arts Marlena Kwiatkowska as Architects

The ordering party was a medical company with Australian capital who wanted the interior to refer to their roots. In addition, the office was supposed to stand out against other ones in the country. That is why it is located in the most exclusive and fashionable part of Warsaw, Poland - in the modern complex of three revitalized historical buildings - Hala Koszyki.

The great freedom of creation and the openness of the investor to latest architectural solutions have enabled Royal Arts architects to create unique project. We had great opportunity to use non-standard equipment, finishes and design solutions. As a result a unique office space with strong design accents and unusual ideas on an ambitious schedule was created.

The total area office area is 604,49 square meters. The floor plan focuses employees convenience and allows the light and views to pass through, ensuring comfortable and friendly space between different functional areas. The overall layout and arrangement of particular spaces has been carefully considered and tailored to suit the needs and working style of the company. In addition we created a few public areas as the multi-functional space for gatherings and meetings.

Carefully selected materials: wood, copper, gradient wallpapers, wave-like carpets are woven into the historic space, reflecting the Australian roots of the company. We opted for materials that are not usually thought of for work spaces. The whole finish is made with the highest grade materials including EGE carpets from Tom Dixon collection matched with Tom Dixon lighting. This office is decorated with warm colors and elaborate lighting and furniture, trying to create a comfortable and friendly space.

The most challenging design were the geometric ceilings. At every stage of design, processing and assembly, they required constant focus, time and precision.

Also worth mentioning is the reception with the same wood as celling and copper. It is custom designed and made with a shape and relation to whole interior.

We took care of every detail of the project so that the project is so coherent and unique. That is why we are extremely happy when we hear from customer and his guests that this is the most beautiful office space they have seen.
