This project provided a new head office for CPS Property Group along with additional floors for further tenancies. CPS were committed to an Environmentally Sustainable Design outcome and the textural, timber, rainscreen facade expresses the environmental nature of the building. The rainscreen also assists in keeping the building cool during the summer months by shading the external facade. with additional floors for further tenancies.
