Reconstruction of this residential building has been completed a couple of weeks ago. The project was done by a Georgian architectural company AB (Architectural Bureau).
Building is located into the central part of Tbilisi (Georgia) in front of the national stadium. The building is four-storey residential house and from the both sides it is faced with the five-storey buildings.
Existing building did not have any architectural value and the project brief was to change the façade design without changing the structure of the building.
As a concept it was decided to create some kind of dynamic façade in order to bring some new life to the street architecture.
For the finishing material we used glass-magnesium boards.
