Residential Care Facility De Vierde Wand Genk

STRABAG Belgium nv realized the new residential care facility “De Vierde Wand” in Winterslag (Genk) with 84 rooms: full-coordination, techniques and completion. The residents could choose the interior of their own spacious room (28m2 - 33m2) and are now receiving well-adapted and personal care. Several meeting rooms, a library, an orangery and a garden with a cafeteria are included in the project. A special department for residents with the Alzheimer disease received a stunning roof garden.
