INTRODUCTION This building is located in one of the best residential areas of Beed close to the main commercial area of the Town, but at the same time in a very quiet and family oriented area. It was requested by the client to design a building that will be the developer’s signature building and create a visual brand for his building and company that would carry through to all his new residential buildings. It accommodate seven flats of same configurations of 60.10 Sqmt making a building of 541 sqm in total. The tower is having three storeys with two flats on first, second & third floor & one flat at ground floor with parking space. The Project will be completed in just 5 months from the day of demolishing.
SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES : The main contribution this project makes towards green building practices would be the maximum use of recycled building materials and the retention of the original architecture. The desire to go with local recycled materials and craftsmen also meant that the carbon footprint could be kept at a minimum. So, the maximum Material from the demolishing of the existing building had been used like Brick, Steel, and all wastage for filling the plinth level.
