The project arises from the need for expansion and improvement of current cultural infrastructure of Quilicura in the city of Santiago de Chile. This raises a new set of specific program that brings together the new room performing arts school of Music, Theatre and Dance. As the first unifying strategy around the current set, it was decided to generate a structure that connects the front with a vegetable skin, giving a new image global institutional Center and the community. This skin will tour the set creating a new zoning in the current Centre Cultural, enhancing the access shaft, followed by a playground and an area of be. The first layer corresponds to -3 meters. Performing arts hall and music school. We propose a performing arts room to build a corporate image public culture and its free access to all the commune. To this end, the room off from their land, to build a massive outdoor amphitheater, drawing outer slope of the stalls inside the hall. Access to arts room is through a sloping plaza, a square-ramp that convenes and meets before and after each show. Under the square is the performing arts school, which concentrates complementary program of rehearsal rooms for theater, music, dance, studio recording and community radio station. This area is connected to the backstage area and dressing rooms of the theater and the arena through a small square in the-3m. The project implements a structured and unified it provides great cover acoustic insulation and performing arts hall. This surface contributes with a green milestone, becoming the habitual vision of the citizens of the commune with the institution.
