The design of the marketing department offices for Quala, a Latin American multinational company, was based on three concepts: team work, creativity, and innovation. Thus, an open office design was chosen in order to improve communication within the department. Work stations are arranged in bee-hive form, generating an organic space with movement and energy. There is also a central mezzanine. The lower area is a cafeteria, and the upper one is a lounge-type work area. This quiet environment allows individuals or groups to work more efficiently.
