The neutral colours of the walls, decorated with curtains, upholsteries and wallpapers by Gancedo, with an abundance of white, make a cosy space, designed by and for enjoyment. They are spacious rooms spread over a generous 700 square metres. Designed by Rafa Garcia for Sancal, the City Casual sofa is king of the lounge in a composition of nearly 6 metres.

The Hera chairs, designed by Enrique Martí, are, for their part, the balance between functional and attractive. The lighting on the dining table was created especially for this room by Plaza Arte. Also in the room, the Lugano armchair, designed by Daniel Abate, and the Gun lamps by Philippe Starck bring a distinctive touch.
