Pars Commercial –Corporate Complex

Pars Complex

Pars commercial and office complex is designed as a community hub in the east part of Tehran. It’s designed to be a part of the neighborhood and not a separate entity. The continuous green roof merges into the urban landscape forming a relationship with the surrounding environment allowing the building to communicate with the city. The green roof extends the neighborhood on to the building therefore allowing continues interaction with the society. The office tower arises from the landscape. The 18level height of the tower will be viewed from various locations of the city.

There are several entrances from the different sides of the building including on the green landscape. The multiple entry points serve as connecting points uniting the various functions occurring throughout the building. The west entrance is the main entry that opens up into a high atrium. The interior is designed to create interconnections by crafting several viewing points within the different spaces into each other further enhancing the building correlation. The shopping mall consists of several corridors similar to the relationship of walkways within the old bazaar of Tehran leading into a main junction which serves as a gathering node of the building. The interior of each space is designed based on its functionality and location within the building.
