A project with CREA Design, the Panama Tower is a new residential tower to be built in the center of Panama City, comprised of 50-stories. Most of the apartments are will consist of 600 square meter, 5-bedroom units offering 360 degree views of the city and the Pacific Ocean. To be built in concrete with an extensive use of post-tension construction methods, the structure will allow for ceilings to as high as 3.5m. The design is characterized by the random location of the terraces to be located on the facade of the building and overhanging "sukats" balconies, a design addressed to target the local Jewish community. Once completed the building will reach a height of 200m.
