The building is situated on a slightly hilly slope in the town of Segromigno in Monte. The planimetric articulation and the design of the side views are intentionally simple. It is as though the architectonic impression were pursued through the utilization and flanking of materials that reduce the construction to substance: for example, straw-yellow handmade bricks for the external covering, Rapolano travertine for the sidewalks and crowned eaves, reddish-colored wood and painted iron for the window and doors, a visible metallic structure for the sun breakers and stairs.
The building presents two aboveground floors and an interred level that serves the offices.
In addition to the offices, the ground floor welcomes a double-volume expositive hall with a mezzanine. The second floor hosts three apartments, each served by an external stairway.
