Benoy as Architects

Benoy is honoured to announce that Phoenix Marketcity (Pune) and Pacific Mall (New Delhi) have been recognised with three awards at the recent India Shopping Centre Awards (ISCA) hosted in Mumbai, India.


Presented at the biggest event for the shopping centre industry in the country, the India Shopping Centre Forum (ISCF), Phoenix Marketcity was awarded ‘Most Admired Shopping Centre of the Year: Non-Metro (West)’ and ‘Most Admired Shopping Centre Marketing & Promotions of the Year: Non Metro’. The popular Pacific Mall was named winner of the coveted ‘Most Admired Shopping Centre of the Year: Retailers Choice’.


Pacific Mall, located in the heart of New Delhi, is a Retail, Entertainment and Leisure destination that is touted as the most stylish new landmark of India’s shopping capital. The five and a half storey retail mall, known for its premium assets which include a roof deck garden spa and pool, four state-of-the-art cinemas and two ‘Gold Class’ cinemas, is complemented by generous open spaces, interactive water fountains and sunken landscaped courtyards designed by Benoy’s Interior Architects to deliver a dynamic retail experience for this emerging world city.
