The project proposes a sustainable pedestrian corridor that links the Velodrome with Metro Sports Palace consisting of 2 new buildings located on the campus of South Axis 3 No. s / n Col. Farms Mexico almost esq. with Viaduct, parking in front of the Palacio de los Deportes, Gate 7 and 8. These buildings are intended for commercial use to support the project financially.
