OUTSIDE OF THE BOX

Taras3D as Architectural Design

A simplistic look of a front facade, when a passersby viewer look at this building straight from the front - he or she will see just a simple black 'box' free of color; but when they move left or right - a completely different picture emerges. A very saturated Red, Green and Blue colors pop-out, cut the blackness with sharp colors, a black box explodes with a colorful palette. An office building for a tech company, digital screens manufacturer, showroom, office and research facility. A black rock-like structure stands in the middle of a wheat field, very monumental feel, prehistoric even. A public park on a back yard. Eighteen sakuras and five pure glass benches with inserted row of led lights inside stand around a pure glass circular fountain providing shade and a place to relax; also a perfect place for all kind of birds and bugs like dragonflies and butterflies. There's a waterfall behind the 'RGB' section of a building which fill a circular glass fountain. Walkways, fountain, sakuras and building form a smiley face with a whimsical black hat! (top view) An artistic installation on the right creates live paintings with shadows on the wall.

A wheat field, sakuras, water, birds and bugs form one beautiful natural ornament - a relaxing area behind a big black rock.

15x15x15 meters cube divided into 5 columns. Two columns on the right are a black monolith, three columns on the left are rotated 15, 30 and 45 degrees, revealing an 'outside of the box' design. The highest point of the most left 'blue' column is at 21.2m above the ground level. Three waterfalls behind the 'RGB' columns: 3.9m, 7.5m and 10.6m high. 6x15m pond with wheat on top of a black monolith. A specially designed irregular reflective front/main walkway which reflects and mixes the RGB colors of a front facade. Part of the street's walkways were re-tiled with new colorful tiles. A 38m diameter (outer) 2.5m wide circular walkway in the park; a 33m diameter (outer) 2m wide circular glass fountain. Land dimensions: 70x40m, flat. Park dimensions: 47x40m.
