The office building lies on the edge of bustling Praterstern square, the most attractive open space resource in the city of Vienna. Covering an area of about 5,000 m², the new 8-floor office building consists of two almost parallel structures with a central atrium.

Although eight different facade types were used the highlight of the office building is the Texlon® ETFE Foil Roof. With a span of 26 m, the construction covers an area of about 1,000 m² and is supported on 13 steel trusses. Thanks to Vector Foiltec’s Texlon® ETFE Roof System, the supporting structure is considerably lighter than would be necessary for a glass roof. What's more, the double layered ETFE foil exhibits a certain self-cleaning effect due to the chemical surface properties, and provides solar shading as well as thermal insulation.
