First price in an interior design competition. Realisation of the design with students (in only one week!) was part of the job.
A former cinema hall is used as multifunctional space, functioning as a restaurant (90p), lecture hall and night club. The design facilitates all these different functions and integrally solves different issues such as acoustical problems, ambiance lighting, storage space, etc.
The accentuation of the space allows settings in different directions and scales. A bench doubles as storage space and continues into a curtain frame that also contains lighting. Acoustic panels on one wall also give indirect light which can be regulated individually.
