Nothing, Something, Everything

Nothing, Something, Everything

MARK Arhitekti as Architects

Nothing In the house Nothing is nothing, but it will provide you with the primary needs the house can give. Nothing is the most ascetic holiday house. It is small and looks light. It is prefabricated, easy to transport. This particular holiday house can be placed on foundation or on relief surface. The building can be placed even in high mountains, near where the man instinctively aware how little it is necessary in order to feel safe and comfortable. Nothing is made from natural materials. Nothing corresponds to sustainable construction solutions. Nothing is equipped with a wood-fired oven for heating and rain water collection tanks.

Something The holiday house Something is provided for one or two people. Something corresponds to Passive House standards. The Holiday house is designed to use passive Solar Energy while avoiding excessive overheating. It has very low U values - overall heat transfer coefficient. Something is equipped with ventilation system using air heat recovering principles. The standard PMH technologies give opportunity to transport the prefabricated houses without difficulty. Something can be comfortably installed at any season. This Holiday house is of very low exploitation costs. *Passive House standard requires that the building consumes for heating up to 15kwh/m2 per year.

Everything Zero Energy House* proposes different technical solutions. The concept of Everything allows using autonomous renewable energy solutions. The Holiday house Everything is produced to persist autonomously. Everything preserves Nature from pollution - the concept is to exclude any CO2 emission. Everything can be constructed using Solar Energy Heating System, energy producing Solar Panels, Wind Generators and Batteries. Everything can exist without surrounding infrastructure – live independently. *Zero Energy House concept includes sufficient energy produce for local needs.
