Something is equipped with ventilation system using air heat recovering principles. The standard PMH technologies give opportunity to transport the prefabricated houses without difficulty. Something can be comfortably installed at any season. This Holiday house is of very low exploitation costs. *Passive House standard requires that the building consumes for heating up to 15kwh/m2 per year.
