Entering the Reception/Waiting area through a double height atrium, patients have access to two floors of Medical Rooms with waiting areas on each level and a Pharmacy on the ground floor.

This building is an example of the new breed of modern health care facilities, which provides a range of health services in a modern energy-efficient environment. Constructed in 9 months on a Design & Build Contract, the building opened less than 3 years from the loss of the original surgery. With six partners and over 14,000 patients, North Cardiff Medical Centre is a significant contribution to the delivery of first class primary health care in Wales.
