The structure of the project included:

The task of designing SWC was the idea of uniting under one "roof" of the various urban functions. The main idea of the project to organize a beautiful courtyard in the classical style. In the area landscapedcourtyard entrances are located in residential buildings and a fitness center. The centerpiece of the courtyard is a decorative fountain. The main focus of the complex urban development is the organization ofthe office tower. The upper part is a Greek temple with Doric columns of square cross section. This is a classic stoichno-girder construction. Apart from the fact that this tower is an observation deck, it stands at the entrance dominated by urban development in the town of Odintsovo. It's also a good effect of recognition of the object.
