This house has a modular design consisting of two floors and a large upper terrace. On the basement, taking advantage of the slope of the plot, it has created a utility room and a garage covered by the upper terrace which gives access to the housing, distributed into dining room access, industrialized kitchen with separate laundry room, lounge, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and one in the master bedroom. It has four terraces, one on each direction, two of them on the entrance and on the bedroom, self-cleaning. In addition, it has a module of one floor used as an office, which forms the rear terrace, next to the room, with a barbecue. The other terrace provides access to the pool and the small garden. Has solar ACS and rainwater collection plate for reuse it in bathrooms.


Location Description Alberic is a town with a population of 10,826 residents. An area mainly agricultural but actually is emerging industry in expansión. The town is located in the Ribera Alta region, on the river plain between the river Xúquer (Júcar) and Rio Verde. Far from the capital, Valencia, 45.4 km (35 min A7) and 9.4 km (12 min) of Alzira. The surface of the term is flat except for a small section to the west in the foothills of the Sierra de Tous. Alberic began its history in ancient times, since they have found remains of the Bronze Age and Roman objects from the second century BC. Alberic is well known throughout the province because of his garden products, especially lettuce and is famous for making the best handmade Panquemados or Monas, sweet bread served with chocolate.
