Designed for safety, security, and serenity, the Maya Residences are entered via a bridge located over a pool. Many homes in the mixed-use hillside complex have large roof terraces with sweeping views. The terraces are planted with poplar trees, enabling the complex to meld into the hillside over time. SOM structural engineers played an important role in the structural design, allowing the Maya Residences to set the regional standard for seismic safety.
