A complete redesign of the interior and exterior, fit out and renovation of an existing private residence located in Maroubra, NSW, Australia. The existing double brick, Mediterranean style house was completely reinvented in a modernized style. The clients requested an environment that would lend to a variety of needs: from entertaining large party of guests, to intimate dinners and a calming oasis that evoked quite nights in. The living and dining space was restructured to give more breathing space; oversized lounge, dressed in a cool grey linen and loose cushions trimmed in leather, light and airy windows dressing in linen, allowing for streams of daylight to flood in, all blended together to create a elegant, breezy sophistication.
