We had to get a comprehensive editing rooms, sound studio, office space or open space closed, foyer and kitchen dining hall in the Eiffel type structure.
The main idea was to create a hopper on the floor atrium to bring light on the ground floor. The industrial style is maintained in the metal mezzanines, the new staircase, the railing. A loft and workshop was given to all.
