Warsaw, in the neighborhood of single-family houses, is a beautiful spacious family house with an area of 265m2, consisting of two parts - the old and the new, attached part. Creative landscaping design, has allowed to get, in a relatively small space, an impressive, huge terrace located on the roof of the house. The house was designed for a private investor from Lomianki, who values comfort and serenity. The minimalist interior, predominance of white and glass introduces order and elegance, allowing you to relax and guarantees a good rest after work. The house consists of two parts - the old part being the guest room, bathroom and the library, which also has a fireplace. The second part - the attached part, is the ground floor with the living room, and a kitchenette, as well as the mezzanine with a bedroom, dressing room and the bathroom. Spacious living room, with a slanted ceiling inside from 270cm to 605cm, glazed from east to west. These large windows create space and make the house very bright. You can enter the old part of the house at the mezzanine, along the east elevation, through a covered ramp. The exit to the terrace is located on the west side, from the living rooms dining area, which also leads to the roof. The roof is covered with artificial grass, enclosed by a glass fence around the leisure area. From the north, there is a garage designed for two cars. The house is made of brick, plastered white, the niche's are finished with panels imitating wood, creating a modern, warm look. The entirety will be seperated from the other houses with a high, full fence. Project approved for implementation in the first half of 2016.
