Larus House

Located at Carrasco -Montevideo´s premium residential district-, Larus is a four-house residential facility in an innovative contemporary architectural style. The two storey houses have been divided into two semi detached houses generating parking spaces in between the two buildings; leaving private gardens to the W and both vehicular and pedestrian access to the E. The building exterior features clean lines of wood siding, white brick walls and clear glazing in brown aluminum frames. Each house entrance is located at a double height space with a light designed wood staircase that leads to the bedrooms located upstairs.
