Jordan Armed Forces Headquarters Complex

The scope of works covers the design and construction of Jordan Armed Forces Headquarters Complex having the total construction area of 112,500 m2 on 350,000 m2 land area including 14 typical office buildings, a main administrative building, a blast proof underground command center building, 3 soldier dormitories, a sports center facility with a swimming pool, 3 admin and depot buildings, a mosque, a heating center and fire brigade building, 5 burried potable and storm water tanks, 1 large and 3 small size transformer buildings, 9 compound access control buildings, 27 observing structures as well as all infrastructural and landscaping works within the limits of the compund area. Site works also includes 4,000m long natural stone covered reinforced concrete high perimeter walls, 105,000m² asphalt roads, 2 helipads and 864 vehicle capacity parking lots. Yüksel İnşaat completed the whole design works, civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical works as well as procurement and delivery of fixed and movable furniture within the framework of Jordan Armed Forces Headquarters Complex contract.
