Hotel Ibis Alger provides 261 rooms and consists of a 910 m2 basement floor, 1,495 m2 ground floor, 8 regular floors, 1 technical terrace floor, 2 open air terraces, underground and outdoor parking with a total area of 12,450 m2. Bilyap Construction, the subsidiary of KAYI Construction in Algeria, undertook the building, architectural works, infrastructure and landscaping of Hotel Ibis Alger. The construction system was reinforced concrete and the hotel project was completed in February 2009.
