A single-family building with a distinct functional division: the southern living space and the northern private space, connected by the corridors. The principal feature of this project is the construction of all elements in the architectural concrete technology with attention to thermal insulation at the same time.
The effect was also obtained due to the large-scale use of structural and insulation connectors “Izokorb” as well as precast concrete elements.
Thanks to all these measures we were able to create a neo-modernist building in the style of a southern European residence which meets the heating standards in our climate.
