The old building modernization and their adaptation to the technical and programmatic requirements mean that the reconstruction is increasingly a concern for architects and contemporary architecture. In this case, the existing building had no architectural value, the conditions were dictated by their structure, volume and perimeter. The real work began by cleaning up all the architecture "noise" with the intention of achieving greater form clarity and space adapting to the customer needs. Central Arquitectos design large openings façade and some terraces to create a privileged relationship with the exterior, inviting you to belong to the house and its living, maintaining the privacy. The program is clearly divided into two areas: social areas (ground floor); private area (top floor).
