Residence Henry Van de Velde is a small and exceptional residence with 5 apartments and 2 penthouses. Partly because of the proximity of the sea and the beach is attempted to create a pure lines. A simplicity of alternating horizontal and vertical planes in dialogue with the naturalness of the dunes, the beach, the horizon. The result is an explicit in misalignment of two stacked blocks. On the western side is a closed wooden wall provided in case to work pretty smooth off. This timber finish is also to be found in the sub-coating of the cantilevered canopy of the cover first floor.
