This restaurant is set in the bottom of the sea. The ship from Las Vegas is at anchor in downtown Fukuoka, Japan. Crew of the ship start a restaurant of roll sushi. The theme is "reimport of sushi". In this dining restaurant, there is hanging over 15 meters of bottom of the ship, pendant lights looks like fishing lines, Red Fuji mosaic tile wall, neon sign reminds us Las Vegas, luxury jewel case of restrooms.
The challenge is to make an extraordinary space and completely unique their own view of the world. The dining restaurant is american taste + set in the bottom of the sea, it is much more like movie set. Japan × Las Vegas, it makes us feel uncommon atmosphere, we created a funky space. The difficult thing, giving people the impression that they are in the ocean and at the same time, the interior has to exist as restaurant and Japan × Las Vegas taste, we had to let incorporate their both factor in the one space.
These challenges brought us one original "style", meaning their "brand". Space and food stimulate people's sense. This place is "Live", "Fashion" or "Movie scene", place has special moment for people, give them elation.
