Expansion and Renovation nursing home 'De Zeven Bronnen' Maastricht

Commissioned by health institution Envida, Verheij Architects worked on the expansion and restructuring / conversion of the 25-year -old nursing home De Zeven Bronnen in Maastricht. In the nursing home with a capacity of 185 residents will be due more privacy , the existing double rooms be changed to single rooms.

To the total capacity to get the nursing home at least 150 residents are in the existing six pavilions several rooms converted into resident's room and is at the rear of the complex a two-storey new wing with 32 rooms realized ( with private bathroom) for somatic residents.
