Entrance carpet VIP lounge Schiphol

While working for Inside Outside i was responsable for the concept, design and project management for this art-carpet at the entrance of the new VIP lounge at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam. The carpet partly coveres a wall which enhances the acoustics of the entrance and workd as a runner leading the visitor to the elevators. The grass pattern is build up from photo's of grass from dutch 'polders' and takes a bit of the green landscape outside Schiphol to the inside.
