SOM's Master Plan for Ebbsfleet aims to create a vibrant and sustainable community that will form an essential element of the Thames Gateway east of London. A strong mix of commercial, residential, and leisure facilities engaging the future Channel Tunnel Rail Link and International Rail Station will be adapted to suit the local environment, bridge local communities, and provide an economic engine for the county of Kent.
