The design intent was to create a “luxury fashion house” for the offices of DPN, a financial services firm, refurbishing the 130m2 space, housed within an old building, to accommodate 21 workstations, storage, breakout rooms and staff amenities. Keeping with a “seamless” theme, every aspect of the space was carefully considered using elegant finishes and a warm, minimal palette. Tailored and innovative solutions were combined to engage a sense of function, luxury and simplicity seen in elements such as floor-to-ceiling smoked mirrors, full height joinery, integrated appliances and amenities within walls and cupboards. While pivoting glass doors, seamless concrete flooring, wallmounted workstations (complete with inbuilt drawers, cable management and LED strip lighting) all lend to a refined luxury environment.
In addition to a streamlined luxury, the incorporation of ivory leather trim (applied to drawers, desktops and dividers), black leather (applied to walls, boardroom table and cupboards), and honed marble (in the reception, bathroom and kitchen), create a warm, minimalistic style.
