In a city shaken by natural disasters for centuries it’s proposed a building where the society will be educated to deal with the threats they may face in the future. Due to the context of the site, which is located in a very suburban area, this is designed as a set of volumes, closed to the outside. There is however a difference between the elevation of the exhibition areas and the office areas which are totally open. The building is organized over a lobby, from where two distinct wings depart. The south wing with a more institutional design which is the main elevation and the north wing, that is more related with the street, creating a more urban space, related with the functions on the inside.
