Following its transformation, De Nieuwe Margriet once again meets the needs of its residents. The simple and bold design honours the original ideologies of the 1960’s architecture and our design lifts the anonymity of the modernist architecture. A new rhythm links the individual dwellings to the building as a whole, so that each dwelling is recognisable. Light, space, and open views of the green surroundings are maintained while privacy on the balconies is ensured.
