Montreal, March 6, 2012 – De Farine & D'eau Fraîche is a pastry boutique, whose concept is founded on love, naiveté, and escapism. In designing the space, Surface3 sought to capture the essence of pastries and the way we enjoy them in a way that is simple, magical and lasting; from the exchange of pastries as a ritual signifying love and friendship, to the pleasure inherent in simple indulgence.
SURFACE3 is a design office.
We design everything from brand identities to products and interiors. And in the process set out to generate new ideas that break the conventions that shape the everyday. We explore the intersection between business, technology, and culture in an approach to generate concepts that enhance everyday experiences.
