The owner wanted to have a storage space for magazines and his children’s large books underneath the kitchen counter, measuring only 180 mm in depth. In order to create enough depth to fit all books, the shelf gently curves at the end making a locally deeper space. Instead of using screws, this shelf uses a network of interlocking joints for easy assembly and a clean finish.
