A in the office which sends out news providing “new styles to work”.
This is an office designed for CrowdWorks—one of the largest crowd sourcing company in Japan—fulfilling their goal which is “to provide a new style to work in 21st century”. This is a working space for “crowd workers” that are working with the services provided by CrowdWorks and also as a place to have seminars by CrowdWorks introducing new styles to work.
The office was designed to have the which is in the shape of the letter C—coming from the first letter of CrowdWorks—to come into the middle of the office.
The has a lot of functions to send out news for new styles to work.
These functions were regulated one by one by cooperating with CrowdWorks since they are the experts in creating new styles of working.
A various ways of “new styles to work” will be sent out by this such as, the will be a medical examination desk for counseling, a library to lend books that are gathered with the theme of “new styles to work”, a kiosk that provides freshly-baked bread and freshly brewed coffee in the morning for people who work hard and don’t have time to eat, a showcase to present the achievements by the crowd workers, a reception for seminars with the themes of new styles of working…
The can change its shape by expanding or shortening the height and width so that people don’t need to look at each other or bother each other even if several people use it in different ways at the same time. It is rather designed to make a synergistic effect in how to work at the center of the office.
