The Amsterdam skyline will be intensified with two striking new towers, each with a unique appearance. The design is part of The Strip on Overhoeks, an ensemble of six towers perpendicular to the IJ. The Hotel Tower is transparent, vertically articulated, refined in detail and robust, without attracting all the attention. In contrast, the residential tower is expressive, striking and inviting. Its differentiating horizontal bands of light colored natural stone create depth and relief, while the façade cantilevers out to form large outdoor terraces.

The two towers are connected by a transparent, publicly accessible plinth that includes several bars and restaurants, a convention center and a luxury spa, which makes the complex a lively meeting place for both visitors and inhabitants of Amsterdam.
