ClosetMaid® was chosen to supply storage systems in the bedrooms and laundry rooms for all of Form 15’s 242 custom units.
Form 15 stands on the corner of 15th Street and Market Street with units ranging from studios to comfortable three-bedroom apartments. When designing the luxury apartments, the project team chose ClosetMaid to outfit the rooms according to both style and storage requirements. Each of the 242 units is equipped with ClosetMaid products—most importantly, MasterSuite® shelving in the master bedrooms—where clothing, linens, and shoes have an abundance of space.
The inclusion of MasterSuite in the Form 15 apartments provided a time efficient and cost effective alternative to the usual built-in-place cabinetry or shelving system. Its durable engineered wood has a white melamine finish and provides residents with not only high-quality, scratch and stain-resistant shelving and hanging units, but also a professionally designed, efficient solution to accommodate busy urban lifestyles. Floor-mounted installations for the master closet space featured MasterSuite’s adjustable shelves option with locking shelf pins.
ClosetMaid’s Heavy Duty shelving keeps things organized in the Form 15 laundry rooms. Finished in white, the wire system can hold up to 100 pounds per linear foot, making it perfect for heavy laundry detergents and cleaning solutions. The vinyl coating and welding of ClosetMaid wire at every intersection protects against corrosion, making the Heavy Duty wire system perfect for the typically demanding area.
Having worked with ClosetMaid in the past, the project team didn’t think twice about choosing their products to accommodate Form 15. Subcontractor VBI Doors specified ClosetMaid to contractor Holland Partner Group for the storage system installations.
Production and installation moved faster than expected due to ClosetMaid’s continual support throughout the process. ClosetMaid Professional Services℠ Representatives (PSRs) are on hand at all times to provide solutions and advice for builders, developers, contractors, architects, and designers.

The building’s aesthetics extend over the whole property with ample common area perks like a pool and spa, outdoor fireplace, multiple fitness rooms, and beautiful views of the city from the rooftop deck.
