The glass and brick structure incorporates the Metropolitian Bible Church into façade creating a new front door, while preserving a portion for Ottawa’s recent past. Retail stores fronts are at grade with the condominium rising above the podium. Central was designed as very eco-friendly and will receive LEED Silver certification.
