CASA PINA

Fabio Fantolino as Architects

White and very lightful, that’s how everybody imagine a perfect flat by the sea. So it’s “Casa Pina” in which resin, walls and white wood panelling, highlight the “Frakè”, wood with numerous contrasts of dark and bright veins, used for all the house furniture. The natural light ripples on the artificial light wave that softens and gives character at the squared shape of the walls. The table divides the kitchen from the dining room separated by a white wood panelling closed/open. It is always the white that predominate in the house character. From the entrance, the first look flows directly to the big window, that overlooks the terrace, from which you can admire the garden and breathe the suave feel of the marine breeze. And the eye runs, through the headboard of the master bedroom bed that becomes one side of the glass door shower that let catch a glimpse of the precious vessels of the bathroom on one side and the panoramic terrace on the other hand, and, on request, the view is obscured by an electric awning. Even outside a huge round table located in the center of a footboard of the same wood, that invades both the lawn and the stone walkway, stops the ruled lines of the flat and the terrace by directing the view to the olive. This tree has its roots in the terrace garden emphasizing, once again, the pacific and relaxing atmosphere of Casa Pina.
