Located in the Miraflores borough in Lima, Peru, the project consists of seven apartments. The plot is rectangular with an area of 445 m2 (4,790 ft2) looking out to one of the urban parks characteristic of the zone. The project is1.50 m (5 ft) above street level; it has alarge lobby with indirect lighting from a communalcourtyard. The concept aims to join the superimposedliving areas of the apartments, creating indoor atmospheres, some with viewsto the park and others to the interior courtyards. This makes an efficient interior distribution that follows the program. The terracescan beturned around and personalized, likea dynamic, changing skin, with moving panels that give privacy and protection from the climate.
It hasseven apartments of about 340 m2 (3,660 ft2). The mainareas havedirect views to the Federico Blume Park. It has two central courtyards; onefor the service areas, the other is a large open space that plays a major role, articulatingthe main areas of the apartments. It has a large wall with plants. This creates a unique indoors micro environment. The common courtyardscan be closed with moving doors to blur the relation to the building, giving privacy and a visual frame.
